Amazing, ideal location in Istanbul, not far from the airport, the center of Istanbul and the restaurant. Also, easy to get to a contemporary art museum.

Food was excellent and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. It was neat, the staff was very very helpful, plus the service was great! The location was absolutely perfect and nice, close to an underground station, if you need it.

the room is beautifully designed and brand-new, it comes with an awesome bathroom and shower, as example. the staff are very very helpful and attentive and ready to help if you need anything. the hotel provides a great service. great to have concierge service, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

We were there for 5 nights, overall had a very very good stay. The hotel was in an easy and ideal location, central to entertainment. Moreover, it's right by Sishane metro station, Tunnel funicular and the famous Istiklal street.

The daily service was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated, with clean facilities.

The design of the hotel was amazing and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, right near the metro station and a lively street with numerous restaurants and cafes. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant where we could relax and take in the view.

That the rooms didn't provide enough privacy, as we could easily be seen from the opposite building. the noise level was unexpectedly loud, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea makers in the bedroom. Very amiable staff, quick check-in and nice bar. I recently stayed at Ruz Hotel in Istanbul for a few happy days. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from İstiklal and Galata tower. We were impressed with the room, spacious and stylish with big windows. The staff, especially Ferhan, provided a warm welcome and even upgraded our room. The hotel's rooftop restaurant offered an amazing view. We enjoyed every moment of our stay here.
